Omocestus Omocestus viridulus
Behaviour:
During these observations, several females stridulated in response to male song while in the initial stages of searching for the male. This song was recorded and Fig. 2 (C D) shows an oscillogram and audiospectrogram of the sound. This is very similar indeed to the male normal song and the movements of femora during the production of the sound seemed very like those of the male. [1]
